1. Orders & Processing

Q1: How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST begin processing the same day or the next business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays are processed on the next business day.


Q2: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Yes, but only before the order enters processing or shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled or changed. If this happens, you’ll need to follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

To request a cancellation or change, contact support@leadweights.com as soon as possible with your order number.


Q3: What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately.

Address changes may be possible only before processing begins. Once shipped, Leadweights is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


2. Shipping & Delivery

Q4: How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping:

  • $6.99 per order within the United States

There are no hidden or additional shipping fees.


Q5: How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time includes handling and transit:

  • Handling time: 1 business day
  • Transit time: 2–6 business days
  • Total estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly based on location and carrier conditions.


Q6: Which carriers do you use?

We ship orders using trusted carriers, including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Carrier selection depends on destination and package details.


Q7: Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.


Q8: Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Leadweights ships within the United States only.

Q9: What products do you sell?

Leadweights specializes in apparel, including:

Q10: Will the product look exactly like the photos?

We strive to display accurate product images and descriptions. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting differences.


4. Returns & Refunds

Q11: What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Free from damage, stains, or odors

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.


Q12: How long do refunds take?

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 12 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • No restocking or processing fees are charged

Bank processing times may vary.


Q13: Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective, or
  • The incorrect item was sent

In these cases, Leadweights will cover the return shipping.


Q14: Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or item:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order on our website

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact support@leadweights.com within 7 days of delivery.
