We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items. Leadweights is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

At this time, Leadweights does not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or item:
- Return the original item following this policy
- Place a new order on our website
This ensures faster processing and inventory accuracy.
10. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once verified, we will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
11. Missing Refunds
